jemand ne umfassende ernährungstabelle parat?
mir ging insbesondere um eine übersicht bezgl. gehalt an fett u. kohlenhydraten... gibt zwar viel im netz, aber so richtig umfassende tabellen hab ich bisher nicht gefunden...

Hatte ja mal geschrieben dass ich selbst Software dafür benutzt hatte, wenn das auch ne Möglichkeit ist kann ich dir das empfehlen:

Ansonsten die USDA:

Das ist ziemlich ausführlich, wenn du nur nach Fett und Carbs suchst ist es vielleicht zu umständlich. Man kann viel eingeben und du solltest wissen welche VArianten etc. du brauchst...

Es gibt auch ein Programm über das man Zugriff auf diese Database bekommt. Ist Freeware:

Habe ich noch nicht benutzt, funktioniert aber bestimmt auch...
