Schwarzkümmel Öl ist ja in den letzten Jahren immer wieder ein Thema, die ätherische Öl-Variante kannte ich aber noch nicht.
Eyecatcher in diesem Paper (NS= Schwarzkümmel):

role of PGD2 on hair follicle [24]: in fact, its binding to
the GPR44 receptor expressed in the hair follicle seemed
to induce miniaturization of the follicle, thus contributing

activation and synthesis of NF-kB and of PDG2 can con-
tribute to the regulation of hair cycle"

needs to be prolonged indefinitely to maintain a response.
Furthermore, since this drug acts by altering hair cycling,
causing premature termination of telogen phase and pro-
bably prolonging anagen [29], minoxidil treatment could
be disadvantageous in TE, causing an increase in hair
loss due to the synchronization of the hair cycle"

Rizinusöl hemmt PGD2!
Außerdem ist das ein super Haarwuchsmittel.
Es ist ein Agonist von Ep3 und ep4.
Das wirkt anti fibrotisch.
Gegen Narben.
Wirkt topisch und oral.
Neues Regimen ab 04/26:
ORAL:
0,5 mg Dut
Bioakt. Fols. + B12
Vit. D 50.000 IE + Mg
2 g K-Nitrat
400 mg Q10
3 g Methionin
Inositol
Spermidin
MSM, Kollagen, Silizium, Vit. C
Borretschöl, Leinöl, Rizinusöl (2 TL)
3 mg Melatonin
Eisen
Lavendelöl + Geraniumöl
TOPISCH MIT FOLIE:

Dazu braucht man kein Öl.
Viel wirksamer ist purer Schwarzkümmel.
Gibts bei ebay für ein paar Groschen:

Das Öl besteht zu 99% aus Öl und nur zu 1%
aus den Wirkstoffen.
Und nur um die Wirkstoffe geht es ja.
Öl tut nur die Kopfhaut blockieren.
