pentro Beiträge: 40 Registriert: September 2015 Reputation: Member	A Traditional Chinese Medicine approach to Androgenetic Alopecia in a formulation named 'BeauTop' from Sun Ten Laboratories, taken orally twice a day (4 tablets x 2), showed improved hair growth in 52.9% of participants (40) over 6 months. Proposed mechanism of action is via growth factor(s) expression. The six ingredients included in the formulation are: Ginseng Radix, Astragali Radix, Angelicae, Sinensis Radix, Ligustri Fructus, Rehmannia glutinosa and Eclipta prostrata Linn Hair results: 47.1% patients showed no improvement; 5.9% patients minimally improved; 29.4% moderately improved, and 17.6% patients significantly improved. Results were measured using a dermatoscope and clinical photos, then assessed by 3 dermatologists.
